Punk in the Basque Country
In the Basque Country, there are many different genres of music like pop, jazz, regeton... But I hate the ones I have mentioned and I love other styles like reggae, rock, rap and ska. Today, I'm going to speak about the groups of Punk in the Basque country, exactly, of Kaos Etiliko, Kaotiko, La Polla Records and Gatillazo.
Firstly, I'm going to speak about Kaos Etiliko. Kaos Etiliko was founded in 1998 in Salvatierra and they separated in 2000. The members were Zigor, the singer; Fonta, Aguayo and Aguayico, the guitarrists and Kepa, the drums. During the two years, they made two discs: No hay agua, and Porsupueston! And the most famous soundtracks are su falso mundo, Hoy es mi día and Obsesión.
Then, in 2000, Aguayo, Aguayico and Fonta (in 2014 he separted), the guitarists of kaos etiliko, made a new group called Kaotiko with the company of Jony, the singer; Mortx, the guitarist and Xabi, the battery. Nowadays they are active and they had made 7 discs called Mundo Kaotiko, Raska y Pierde, Directo, Destino Escrito, Adrenalina, Reacciona and E.H Calling. My favorite disc is Directo, the famousest songs are Otra noche, Preso 2023 and Rico Deprimido. But my favorite songs are Siempre Igual, Oh Caroline, alcoholemia, odio obedecer, Destino escrito and Adrenalina.
Thirdly, other group that I like is La Polla Records. The group was founded in 1979, in Salvatierra like the other two groups an they separated in 2003. The members were Evaristo, who is the best singer in the world, Txarly, Sume, Abel and Fernando. Fernando died with an attack in the brain. They made 13 discs called, Salve, Revolucuión, No Somos Nada, Donde se Habla, Ellos Dicen Mierda Nosotros Amen, Los Jubilados, Negro, Hoy es el Futuro, Bajo Presion, Carne para la Picadora, Toda la Puta Vida igual, Bocas and El último de la polla. The famousest songs are Ellos dicen mierda, Salve and Chica yeye.
The final group is Gatillazo. The group was founded in 2004 and actually they are very famous. The famousest member is Evaristo, who after were the singer of La polla, and the other members are Txiki, Angel and Butonbiko the guitarists and Tripi, the battery. They had done 5 discs called Gatillazo, Dianas Legales, Sex Pastels, Sangre y Mierda and SigloXXI. Their famousest songs are, Pijos Powers, N·1 en USA, Mucha Muerte and Vendido.
Finally, there are many very good groups like Sierte Balas, Kortatu, Piperrak, Eskorbuto, Arkada Social...
But there is a vey good group that it isn't Basque called Non Servium
